Cancellation Policy

**Late Arrival Policy** Most single-service and select two-service appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes and include a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged as a no-show. Same-day rescheduling may be available for a $15 late fee, depending on availability. Multiple-service appointments also have a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, some services may need to be removed from your appointment. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and charged as a no-show. If time allows, same-day rescheduling may be available for a $15 late fee. **Cancellation & No Show Policy** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost. Cancellations made within 1 hour of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you arrive late and your appointment cannot be accommodated, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost. If same-day availability allows for rescheduling, a $15 late fee will be applied. These policies ensure fairness to all clients and helps keep the schedule running smoothly.
